He is a social entrepreneur specializing in the facilitation and development of economically stable and socially healthy communities. Thycolaton has developed a system as property development facilitators taking in consideration all variables controlling developments, i.e. information management, project planning co-ordination, marketing co-ordination and project and construction management co-ordination.

Michael has vast experience as a Property Executive for some of the largest property companies in South Africa. His personal leadership positions in Property Development includes Shopping Centre Executive for OK Bazaars Development & Estates where he managed 25 shopping centres and Provincial Fund Manager for Sanlam Properties, Gauteng Province. Michael was National Chairman of the African Christian Democratic Party of South Africa and provincial Minister of Local Government and his passion is to make a social difference to Africa.

Before iLima, Karsten was CRO at Bright Machines in San Francisco, SVP at Autodesk out of Paris France, VP Mentor Graphics and CEO at Adelante Technology Inc. Karsten holds a B.SC in Electrical and Electronic Engineering from University of Johannesburg, was a board member for 15 years on Nu 1 Business School in Europe, HEC Paris and is currently a member of the California State East Bay Big Data Advisory Council.

Tahir brings a wealth of international financial and business strategy experience. He is founder & CEO of SmartBond Capital, a capital raising and investment facilitation company. He is director of regenerative smart city development group, Regen Africa and co-founder of Africa123. Also, co-founder and director of medical development and management company, Medshare Group. He is a director of Greenlite Holdings, an innovative building systems and technology company. He believes that it is Africa’s time to develop its own rich sustainable future using proven innovative techniques and skills that will ultimately improve the standard of living of all Africans.

Peter was involved with the establishment of and was responsible as senior project manager for the development of the prestigious Marina Residential apartment buildings at the V&A Waterfront Company in Cape Town, also High Cape sectional title residential estate on the slopes of Table Mountain. He holds a BSc in Building Science from the University of Cape Town and BComm from the University of South Africa. Peter has more than 45 years of property development and building management experience across all sectors of the property and related industries.

Anthony Modena co-founded Modena Design Centres (Pty) Ltd in 2000 https://www.modena.co.za/(Largest Autodesk Partner in Africa). Anthony is qualified in both Engineering (Wits Technikon, Electrical - Heavy Current) and Business Management (BCom – Business Economics and Honours, Pretoria University). He also is a registered Psychometrist and refined his experience in Power engineering and manufacturing sectors.

Friedl heads Industri4, a company specialising in navigation, guidance and control of robots. He has gained experience from the aerospace and defence industries and now applies this knowledge in the development of autonomous mobile platforms that focus on the development of robotics for the construction industry. He is a director and head of development in iLima Digital Foundary.
